Chapter/Group Leaders Group Leaders are members of our club who show outstanding leadership abilities. They often come from backgrounds of sales, public relations, and event promotions. They are 'go-getters' who have a zest for life. They love to organize groups, and travel the world with their sisters. They are personable, fun, and enjoy life to the fullest !
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with national office regarding upcoming trips
- Work with national office in coordinating all aspects of scheduled trips (air lodging, transportation, events and meals (if any) )
- Distribute trip information to prospective attendees via internet, in-person distribution etc.
- Coordinate and follow up with payments from members
- Service as hostess and leader during the entire scheduled trip
- Resolve any issues or concerns of attendees
Qualities :
- Is an natural leader -- someone who can take the ball and run with in -- planning a trip from an beginning to end, and thinking through every detail.
- People person. You must love talking to, socializing with, and meeting new and interesting people.
- Organized. You must develop a system of organization that will help you keep track of the details of the trip.
- Love life, and love to have fun! Are you constantly in a good mood, and always keep a smile on your face? Do other people like being around you because your positive attitude is contagious? If so, you would be a perfect person to serve as one of our group leaders.
